well,
the deal is simple. take your favorite song. record it all by yourself. if you can play instruments, it is ok to use them. if not, just sing with all your heart. then take your camera, go to the kitchen and film how you dance to your favorite song. once you're done take the tracks and make a video. remember, time is money and you won't make any doing something that stupid so it better be short. less than 2 minutes, ok?
